Dunno, just sticks out in my memory masses. I was in a hurry to leave for football and had just downloaded The Killers and RHCP - Snow (Hey Oh) through Limewire.
Didn't hear about cricsim on PC though. And was never a regular member of the site either. I think I found cricsim while searching for a pirated copy of an old game called Michael Vaughan Cricket Manager iirc. Read words like "cricket", "simulation" etc in that game's reviews and I came here while googling those words where I found neither cricket nor simulation.(:troll Never managed to find the fucking game though.
