Who's getting the sack at the end of the year. Brent Sanderson - Adelaide - 2012 Michael Voss - Brisbane - 2009 Mick Malthouse - Carlton - 2013 Nathan Buckley - Collingwood - 2012 James Hird - Essendon - 2011 Ross Lyon - Fremantle - 2012 Chris Scott - Geelong - 2011 Guy McKenna - Gold Coast - 2011 Kevin Sheedy - Western Sydney - 2012 Alastair Clarkson - Hawthorn - 2005 Mark Neeld - Melbourne - 2012 Brad Scott - North Melbourne - 2010 Ken Hinkley - Port Adelaide - 2013 Damien Hardwick - Richmond - 2010 Scott Watters - St Kilda - 2012 John Longmire - Sydney - 2011 John Worsfold - West Coast - 2002 Brendan McCartney - Footscray - 2012
Sacked might not be the right word, but Worsfold is a big chance to finish up at the Eagles this year.
There's no way sando will be sacked. When hiring him they'd have been happy with 11th and 8th in the first two seasons. I mean, we'd just finished 13/17 or something - we were shit. Out of nowhere he took us to 2nd - if the bar is that high due to his own doing, and he's a victim of his own success then crows can just fuck off We lost an AA CHB 3 seasons ago. It sucked, but oh well we had a replacement and its not like other teams lost nothing We lost our replacement, a future AA CHB 2 seasons ago. Sucked even more We lost a very good full forward and ruck last season. That sucked the most. We've pretty much lost our whole spine. Maric too but at the time Jacobs was a better option and I'm pretty sure Jacobs now >> what Maric would have done for 'us.' Our spine is gone, most teams just couldn't recover from that - I mean imagine if Geelong lost lonergan then Taylor then Hawkins in 3 straight seasons. Granted, those three are better but our three were still very good. Imagine north losing Petrie, Grima and Thompson. Sandos had to deal with some shit luck, walker being injured is even worse. It sucks - but he's an excellent coach and based on turning a cellar dweller into a premiership threat within one season last season, and given the shit luck he's had compounded now by walker, there's no way his name should even be close to those mooted for a sacking.
Adelaide's Front Office is stupid at times, but Sando won't be sacked. It would be nonsensical to think that he would be.
I'm not even sure we'll make finals. If we sacked Hardwick we'd set the club back 2-3 years. I can't imagine that when he was signed that they would have expected him to have the club in this shape by now.
