A serious problem with being shit in this is that you only get 1 game every month or so. Let me be shit for a bit longer at least
Quarterfinals Ginger Furball has reached the first semifinal of his career, taking an extremely narrow match against Ritwick Chowdhuri. Despite serving horribly, Furball played nicely in open play, though Chowdhuri didn't do too badly himself either. The points were pretty even, stats very similar, but it's Furball who goes through. Two finals in two weeks for Joshua Ritchie is still on the cards, as he defeated the final seed remaining in Rob Cribb in two after a very very long first set. Reagan Wheelson yet again played Chris Warrington, but this time the Queenslander lost out in two, quite a change from past matches. Marcuss Deane also booked a place in the last four with a straightforward win over Brett Hall. In the doubles, an early setback didn't stop Chris Warrington & Bruce Force bouncing back to win the only three setter of the day. Wheelson made up for his defeat earlier on in the day by beating Bosh Burger & Samuel Yates with some assistance from Os du Toit, rookies Tom DeLonge & Kelvin Fung had their hopes of a title harshly ended by Heath Davis & Truman Lee. Aww yeah, seem to be in some decent rhythm atm. Warrington somehow keeping up a challenge on both fronts too. Fatigue has to play a part at some point, no?
