How'd Nu go Wilson? been 650 days since he played FG, super stoked for him he's always spamming my FB feed with how hard he's been working
Yeah he was really good. He set up the first try. Played more of a support role to Ennis and Townsend for the game. He's a quality young half.
Doesn't surprise me that's how he played in Under 20s aswell. No frills guy who can plug a gap and make alot of right decisions. Played hooker, lock, halves and center in Under 20s so if he can't find constant minutes just yet he'll always add value as depth for moments like this when key players are out.
Really thought the Sharks might struggle and even lose this one but they keep impressing. They really are the team to beat in this comp. Barba has been outstanding for them.
Brown should've ahead of Leutele on the full strength bench IMO. I reckon he covers Centre better than the alternative covers hooker. im talking solely injury cover as Flanagan has talked about
Yeah. Thought as much when he was signed. Just another hack ESL player who looks decent in a shitty comp.
Why is it that all the ESL backs turn into duds when coming to Australia but there has been lots of success in the forwards?
Yeah I'll hold off judging Hardaker until at least the start of next season when he's had some time to adjust. I don't think fullback is going to be his spot here though.
Super League often has massive scores, especially if you're in a top team bashing the shitter teams often, so some guy will score 36 tries in a season and get man of steel for doing so and everyone thinks he's good when in reality he's mediocre.
