ODIs count: - whenever they would improve a player's rating; and - whenever a player is being n00b0wned and needs the extra innings/overs
Yeah that's the approach I've mostly taken. Afridi for example is the perfect player for ODI's to count. Azam to a lesser extent too, though he's been awesome at Tests over the last two years anyway.
