    Herd came up to first grade too early; needed this season in ALC IMO to rebuild. Jones has been dire though.. probably should make the swap.

    Bowling's hardly relevant when he's bowled 35 overs this season with no reward. Reckon Herd would surely have improved to surpass him by now as well.
