    Possibly but I wouldn't put the house on it.

    I think the show has a fair amount of licence to do what they want to an extent.
    The book ending may not be appealing to the show creators and they may have the power to end it differently.

    You might get both your bastardbowl and cleganebowl in the show but not the books... you might get a fantasy finish in the show and a sci fi finish in the books.

    Or they could just finish at the same point.

    I just hope he actually gets the books done and does them justice!

    I think there may be some editing shenanigans going on with when scenes are appearing. The Baelish scene may have originally been intended to appear around episode 1 or so but may have been pushed back to later. The GOT timelines have never quite lined up in the books but the show kind of makes you feel like it's all happening at the same time when it may not necessarily be the case.

    It was cool to get an explanation for what happened to Benjen finally, but I agree that his return didn't surprise me as much as it should have.

    So, does this mean that he's technically dead/a zombie but still with his human conscious because those forest midgets saved him?
