    High completion rates are overrated for that exact reason.

    When the attacking side is focused on not making errors it naturally takes away from their willingness to chance their hand in an effort to create points.

    Pretty sure the Bulldogs have the best if not one of the best completion rates of the past two seasons.

    Rare that Melbourne are made to look like this at home. I don't even think they're playing all that poorly but Canberra look really good.

    Williams looks an excellent recruit, though it's still early days.

    Yeah I am very impressed with how Canberra seem to be able to break the meme of "English playmakers underperforming". First Hodgson and Williams looks a lot better (in his admittedly limited appearances) than any other Pommy back that has come here in my lifetime.

    Long way to go for Williams to be proven I’ve been very sceptical of that signing. Though it looks like these rule changes will suit him to a tee and Bateman coming back in will make those eyes up Attacking plays even more dangerous.

    It was weird. I genuinely thought their starting forwards dominated Canberra’s in general play. Canberra seemed a lot more mobile in clearing the ruck and winning ruck penalties (that’s been an ace for a while now with Croker, Wighton and Rapana in particular)
