The goal of this "draft" is to recruit the best possible team of the last 20 years (1989-2009). To be eligible for the draft a player must have played at least one game during this period. For example you could pick legend Robert "Dipper" DiPierdomenico who only played 3 years in this 20 year period. Like a normal draft, once a player is picked he cannot be taken by another team. Players must be picked in a certain position. For example, James Hird could be picked as a midfielder and a half forward flank, but not a fullback. Gary Ablett Sr. could be picked at FF, HFF or on a wing, all positions he played somewhat regularly. The draft will be done in a randomized order, which will be flipped after each round. After a full team of 22, plus a coach, has been selected the "best" team shall be declared the winner. Any questions, any queries; any comments, any theories?
