Huge chance for the Hawks to win it again. Probably their last hurrah as quite a few will retire after next season I reckon. West Coast get 2 of their best defenders back so I'm not counting them out just yet
Agreed, but more through lack of better competition imo. Record might be better than this year's, but the team won't be.
Be interesting to see what sort of approach clubs like the Swans, Dockers and Roos especially take to try and step up.
Hawks winning next year would be staggeringly brilliant. I don't think they have another one in them but if they pull it off they'll be only the second team in history to go four in a row.
Norf to finish higher on the ladder but exist finals sooner and the reverse for the tigers. Also, dog's for top four, sydney on the way down.
I can't see the Dogs going up any higher, their shaky backline won't hold up enough to become a top 4 side.
We have to play finals next year, anything else will be a massive failure. We proved that we could compete with the better sides this season but just fell short on numerous occasions. Treloar will be a handy addition to the midfield and hopefully Moore can step up and support Cloke as White is not cutting in
David Hale and Brian Lake have both retired. Thought Lake might have gone around for one more year tbh
