Not to sure on the way this is being run with provinces and stuff but as their is little to no vics can I choose a different allegiance? Doesn't deserve it's own thread but I wouldn't get a direct reply anywhere else.
No, if you're a vic, you're stuck until they get a team. If they'd get some fucking Ds to sign up I'd let them in to the PC. Basically Vic is nothing but RWs, 1 C, 2 Gs and 1 D, IIRC.
Well your RWs can play LW without much issue, but you need a few Ds and another C or two. If you want to Vic to play rep try and get some of the Vics to join, who haven't already.

It's a vowel sound rather than just a vowel in general. MP is pronounced like "emm pee" so it has to be "an".
Not at all; written English is based on spoken English. I bet if you actually went to say "A MP question" you'd think it sounded completely retarded and want to say "an".
