    Pah. You're only talking about 3 retentions. Should be a reward for longevity - or they could take over the squad of a coach who isn't returning so they aren't heavily penalised!

    Why is your point of view 'fair'. Fair would be letting season 2 finish and continuing from there IMO. I've led my team through two seasons with continuity - that's why I have any interest at all.
