What would you want for each of the following: Breust Hibberd Tall forward for those 2, would look to do a package trade if the player is worth it in return Dunn,Roughy and Franklin not forsale. Too crucial to my team makeup
If there's something you don't need it's a tall forward ! - you've already got two of the best. Tall forward's are too crucial to every team to trade out for a non-tall. If I were to give you talls they'd be worse players than Breust/Hibberd....I'm sure everyone's in the same boat there. Surely every player has their price?
well yes Tall Forward reserve Mid >> my mids KPD >> my kpds Secondary Ruck who can play a second position aswell That's my wish list, if you can come up with a trade to satisfy one or more of these every player is available atm except; Franklin, Roughead, Goodes, Lobbe and Dunn
First real risk of the draft. Picked up Stefan Martin off the back of limited games, hopefully he continues his form. Appears able to be injury cover for tall forwards aswell.
Hmmm good point, I wonder if it would be better to use Roughy as my 2nd ruck and have Martin only come in to the playing side if Lobbe goes down injured. I have no idea how long the 2nd rucker spends rucking each game but if it isn't significant enough to warrant using Martin over Roughy I reckon I could manipulate my squad to accommodate it Roughy ---> Ruck Goodes ---> Key FF McVeigh/Armitage ----> Flank HF
I'd play Goodes as your second ruck. Roughy's better in the ruck but he's also better forward, so much so that it's probably worth taking the hit for the extra 20% to facilitate it. Goodes did play as a first ruck for a season awhile back.
Pretty happy with the injury reserves I've picked up so far. Just hope like hell I can keep my superstar forwards on the field.
Gaining Vickery would see you have Roughy and Goodes play away from Ruck and I want another solid onballer for my bench as the smalls I've collected recently are more small forwards n small defenders from what I can tell
Matt Rosa and David Armitage get traded for Tyrone Vickery and pick 25 Gives us that valuable reserve tall/ ruck option
Anyone want to help me with selection issues? Should I have Lobbe and Stefan Martin in the same side, if not how do I decide which one to use against certain sides Martin is averaging nearly 20 disposals a game this season and was thinking he could help control possession against sides who should run over me Who should be my interchange and sub options in a full strength side, realistically I think only Yeo, Giansiracusa, M Thomas, McLean, Martin/Lobbe, Vickery and Ross are in this discussion but to narrow it down 4 I have nfi
Lobbe should 100% be your number one. I'd look to offload Martin as you could upgrade another position and get a reserve ruck. Still interested in Yeo btw
