So it looks like Dearden and Moses will be our halves. Cleary and Munster both ruled out. Tedesco, Ponga, DCE and J.Trbojevic all overlooked.

Yeo will captain with Grant as vice.

On paper it's comfortably one of the weakest sides we've ever fielded. 2nd and 3rd string halves, no Haas or Tino. Least JakeT and Holmes arent there, so thats something...

I doubt I'll even watch this shit.

Meninga can surprise you sometimes with shrewd picks amongst a slew of not so good ones.

Picking Carrigan up front is exactly what Slater shouldve done in Origin. Was a huge blunder.

He's obviously picked a lighter team to negate the opposing packs, with Moses and Dearden as your halves it is the right style. No idea why Tonga would pick Lehi Hopoate at fullback, he's going to get creamed, completely ruins their forward advantage.

Burton over Hunt is a weird one. Burton has to be at centre or 6 if he is in the side.

Moses to score + Aus to win @4.75 for me.

Really haven't paid much attention to this series.

But 6 teams, 3 rounds over 3 weekends and everyone gets 1 bye?

What the fuck is the bye for?

    2 comps of 3, not 1 comp of 6

The shit level teams always do a good job of exposing NRL players when they don't have a good team around them to prop them up. De Belin's a gun, Kikau was worse than useless, Turuva looked like a reserve grade player compared with Nene Macdonald, Sivo should never be allowed to play first grade again.

And Isayia Katoa has quickly become the most overrated player in the game, Dolphins will never go anywhere so long as he's their half, he won't progress any further. Bennett clearly had no idea what to do with their halves, was always swapping them around, should've just stuck with O'Sullivan, now they've normalised the islander retard as the half when he's a constant fuck up as all islanders with that level of darkness are.

Fuck me that match was boring. Half the players out there are not Test standard.

    Tonga will probably beat NZ

Yeh whilst the rise of Tonga and Samoa has been great for the game it really seems to have damaged the NZ line up.

Very entertaining game. Isaako taking the shot with a full set and time for 3-4 tackles was a brain fade.

The disorganisation of the International Rugby League is pretty funny, with how Samoa just went and made a tour to England so they weren't in the Pacific Championship. Now Australia, who are heavy favourites to win it, have organised a tour to England at the end of next season. And what, NZ are now relegated, or have a chance of relegation or some shit? And Samoa will probably come in and play next year... What a mess.

NZ to beat PNG @ 1.09 is free money if you have a few thousand to put on it

It's honestly ludicrous that Olakau'atu is eligible for Australia, is playing for Tonga and instead we've got Hudson Young. In what fucking world is he better than the former?

    Another great start from Crichton...jesus.

Thats a phenomenal offload from Hammer. To hit Coates on the chest from facing backwards with two men on him. Brilliant.
