    Yeah it was quite disappointing. Mainly because I woke up this morning and I coincidentally had this strange thought about how it would be nice to wake up to a signing announcement of a big name player and then this comes out and it got me all excited.

    Shane Neumann's a better centre then Jamal Idris?

    No, we'd be going pretty well having another top 10 centre floating around in reserve grade.

    This was proven three weeks ago not to be the case, not at this stage anyway.

    Is like really average. He looked great guns for the Panthers last season but he was average (and thats being kind for his one game this season for us) and hasn't been that flash in NSW cup.

    His bad defense isn't anywhere near as bad as people like to make out tbh, he's improved ten fold over the past year or so.

    I know De Gois has run into a bit of poor form atm coming off an injury but Buderus would be 33 at the start of next season. Surely the Knights would just concentrate on building for the future? The possibility of losing De Gois to gain an aging Buderus who hasn't been proven in the NRL for 2 years isn't worth it imo.

    Ballin is not that bad. He's solid defensively, and whilst nothing extraordinary out of dummy half in attack, he's more than good enough first grade hooker. Origin standard, no, but he's defintely in the top half of hookers for mine.
