Welcome all to a very windy Pace Park where a healthy crowd has settled in here for the clash between the Rainbow Donkehs and the Cyclones. This is the halfway mark of the season and there are two very different stories to be told between the teams. For the Donkehs, they have had a promising opening 5 rounds to the season with a couple of great wins. However, have fallen off the horse at times and has cost them a few more competition points. After going down to their rivals, the Hawks last round, they will be looking to jump back on the winning wagon in front of their home crowd. For the Cyclones, well, they are yet to win a game this season. They have come ever so close and even had a draw but they are yet to break the W on the ladder. Tonight is as good of a chance as any and if they are to be there at the end of the season, they must start putting some wins together otherwise the top 2 will start to slip away. In terms of team changes, the Donkehs have dropped their fullback Jake Luffman and have put Erschoff at the back. Fittaman gets his chance to prove he is worthy of a starting spot on the wing. Short returns after a stint in reserve grade and Antonio KiriKiri will make his debut for the Donkehs. He has been in good form in reggies and will be looking to continue that in the top grade. The Cyclones remain unchanged for this round. As we are almost ready for kickoff, here are tonight's lineups: Rainbow Donkehs: 1. Dirk Erschoff 2. Reece Fittaman 3. Luka Popovic 4. Chris Kovas 5.
