    - Do not post a contract unless you've been offered it by one of these people: Diggler, Mousey, Skippos, Speirz, Slyza, Theo, Storer, Mightymariner, Iridium (one of you should get it done, lol), TFLUA-Tiger, Harps, Raide.

    Some of these people probably shouldn't have contract power but i'm giving it to them so things get done.

    - Only post contracts in the thread, nothing else

    - No recruitment caps. Sign as quick as you want - freeish market.

    - I will start the season when each team has 20. if teams are slow, I will just delay

    - If heaps of cunts exodus a team and fuck it over I'll just void your contracts and fold the sim
