    If Maloney goes it certainly changes things, if Uncle Nick finds himself with 500k cash to spend under the cap who knows what will happen. I'd find it near impossible that we'd head into 2016 with a rookie fullback & rookie 5/8.

    Maloney leaving opens up 600K a year. With RTS gone I dare say we have close to 1 mill in cap room.

    You're fucking dreaming. RTS would not be on 400k this year. Plus it doesn't really matter what they would be on because your better players would be earning better money as their time goes on. You don't just have the money of the contract you didn't renew to spend, it's nowhere near that simple. Ferguson, for example, would be on plenty more next year than this I'd wager.

    BUT. If you move Moa, Maloney, RTS (happening already, obv) and Tupou on you will have a sizeable chunk of cap to fill. That chunk needs to be split by 4 players though.

    Yeah and plenty of those re-signings would mean upgrades in the coming seasons. No-one would be re-signing this far out if that wasn't the case.
