Yeah it was between Renouf and Gorringe for the last spot. If Gorringe spuds it for the first few games then Renouf will get a crack.

Templeton should go OK I reckon and you're right he did do some good things for the Saints before going down with injury. Will hopefully show a bit here and push for a small forward role in your seniors.

    My reserves for this week:

    Jordan Roughead
    Daniel Gorringe
    Tory Dickson
    Matt Jones
    Sam Lloyd
    Jarrod Witts
    Alex Johnson
    Blake Acres
    Scott Gumbleton
    Zac O'Brien
    Matt Arnot
    Kane Mitchell

Will sort the line up out after you select your seniors. Gutted that Gwilt is injured!

I couldn't see any injuries for my seniors, so I think I'll be sticking with the same line-up for now. Just need to think about Hutchings as he seems to be playing well.

  4. jimmy_c8 MC James

FB: Jared Petrenko - Jordan Roughead - Marley Williams
HB: Matt Jones - Alex Johnson - Luke Tapscott
    C: Zac O'Brien - Brent Moloney - Sam Colquhoun
HF: Sam Lloyd - Scott Gumbleton - Kane Mitchell
FF: Tory Dickson - Shaun Hampson - Eli Templeton
Ruc: Jarrod Witts - Mark Hutchings - Jamie MacMillan

Inter: Daniel Gorringe - Blake Acres - Matt Arnot - Brent Renouf

Let me know if you're going to select Hutchings and then I'll change the lineup before posting

Looks like I picked up no injuries - Gwilt, MacMillan and Bail all return from injury. Look good?

  6. Skippos SM Morgan

Gwilt being injured was in your best interests

  7. HeathDavisSpeed HT Davis

    Behave, Skippos.

Will you be making any changes to your senior side? Let me know if you are and then I will put the lineup together for the reserves

  9. HeathDavisSpeed HT Davis

No changes, but 3 players return from injury.

This was my last line up:

FB: Mark Baguley - Ted Richards - Andrew Mackie
HB: Nick Haynes - Lachlan Keeffe - Matthew Jaensch
M: Pearce Hanley - Rory Sloane - Ben Cunnington
HF: Jamie Elliott - Cameron Pedersen - Chris Masten
FF: David Hale - Jack Riewoldt - Rohan Bewick
R: Dean Cox - Daniel Rich - Stephen Coniglio

INT: Andrejs Everitt, Jack Newnes, Koby Stevens, Cam Sutcliffe (SUB)

Looking at the injuries, Daniel Rich is out for a week. Now to try and work out how best to replace him.

Would I have to bring Hanley or Sloane into ruck-rover and Stevens onto start or something like that?

  12. Skippos SM Morgan

    Newnes. Newnes is a gun.

  13. HeathDavisSpeed HT Davis

So, Newnes in a straight swap for Rich and Petrenko, perhaps, to take his slot on the bench? Not many great spare midfielders in my squad.

  14. Skippos SM Morgan

Probably not petrenko. Who else is available?

  15. HeathDavisSpeed HT Davis

    130. MightyPies/Heef - James Gwilt
    258. MightyPies/Heef – Brent Moloney
    287. MightyPies/Heef – Shaun Hampson
    351. MightyPies/Heef – Mark Hutchings
    383. MightyPies/Heef – Rohan Bail
    415. MightyPies/Heef – Jamie MacMillan
    447. MightyPies/Heef – Eli Templeton
    482. MP/Heef - Jared Petrenko
    511. MightyPies/Heef – Marley Williams
    514. MP/Heef - Luke Tapscott
    543. MightyPies/Heef – Sam Colquhoun
    386. MightyPies/Heef – Brent Renouf

Thinking about it, I was using MacMillan as the bench midfielder previously. A fair bit of deadwood on that reserves list though (not Gwilt).

  16. Skippos SM Morgan

A fair bit of deadwood, yeah.

MacMillan is handy - Marley Williams too is a good player. Mark Hutchings is who I'd go with; really is quite a good inside mid/accumulator/tagger when he plays.
