Incey isn't playing Kulasakara who was his 5th round pick but no I would say this is probably what he'd see as his best team.
I think he'd play Kula at full strength. He tried really hard to trade Fernando away so I doubt he's in his first choice lineup; he's probably just giving him and Collins a run to help decide his team. Very close to full strength though.
