Important match. Pretty happy with my start but he still has wickets in hand. S. Mahumooth 4-0-15-1, D. Saunders 16 (25b), K. Pitcher 5 (14b) End of over 27 (3 runs) - Slogging365(118-3) RR 4.37
Got a huge match in SOD as well today. Making a judgement call and leaving out my new spectacular wristie because he has energetic fatigue. So going into Cloudy/Dry with 3 seamers and 2 spinners. He has a lot of fatigued players but the problem is that he has 22 players so he still has some rested monsters. 14k+ waged. Most of his rested monsters are bowlers so he doesn't have many rested batsman so we're going to be trying to bat first. Fielding first will further tire his batsman and it will be difficult to chase as long as my bats can get a decent total. Par or slightly below par should be okay.

Was hoping to bowl my opponent out on an overcast/crumbling pitch but it's not looking like that's going to happen W. Rathie 10-2-35-1, E. Southam 10 (13b), N. Ritchie 10 (21b) End of over 45 (5 runs) - KhanivoreXI(182-7) RR 4.04

Changed my mind. WS in, FM out. 3 spinners on cloudy/dry is worrying but just realised my FM has ave endo and energetic fatigue. WS is a better bowler, higher endo, same fatigue + spinners don't get tired as fast.
K. O'Keeffe 4-0-27-0, J. Pieters 41 (48b), T. Shepard 19 (31b) End of over 18 (3 runs) - wassa6565(88-2) RR 4.89 C'mon. Take some wickets.
C. McKay 9-0-51-4, S. Chyer 0 (0b), J. Pieters 70 (74b) End of over 28 (3 runs) - wassa6565(167-5) RR 5.96 Ooh. Two wickets in that over ftr.
Bit of a hiccup after going along nicely 17.2WSoutham to Letren : [catch] Controversy here as Letren refuses to walk! Snicko is inconclusive, but Letren clearly felt there was no edge. Eventually he trudges disconsolately back to the pavilion, but the Match Referee may have something to say about that little episode!E. Letren c L. Hickey b. E. Oh man - major collapse in progress - not quite a Black Caps collapse but pretty damn bad 18.4WVan Poppel to Prindiville : Good length delivery pitched on the off stump and going straight on. Now it's Black Caps worthy 20.4WVan Poppel to J. Smith : [stumped] Sharp wicketkeeping there! Van Poppel turned the ball a mile after drawing J. Smith out of his crease. And it's all over - pathetic, but at least I'm out of my misery now. Went from 1-72 to 84 all out in the space of 8 overs. Fall of wickets: 1-30 (B. Drew, 6.2 ov) 2-72 (J. Yikes. I've had that happen in the past though I had passed 100 before that happened. Chin up. --- Iridium XI won by 160 runs A win is a win. I'll take it!
