Francis is a destructive RH Batsman, and a steady RF Bowler. He has competent leadership skills and woeful experience. He currently has strong batting form, superb bowling form and drained fitness. Plays For: Comme un Tigre Nationality: Ireland Age: 18 Years Old Battrick Rating: 31,995 Wages: £2,401 p/w Preference: None Trait: None Stamina: proficient Wicket Keeping: worthless Batting: competent Concentration: feeble Bowling: superb Consistency: superb Fielding: strong This guy much chop? How do I get the conc. up?
Pretty good yeah. Depends on sublevels obv. Unless you're training him hoping for batting from him, conc isn't something you need to train. If you're looking to turn him into an all-rounder, fielding bumps it up, as does keeping, and as does batting. Combined they make it pop quicker - more with 2 of the 3, and most with all 3. Though in honesty, unless you're training for u19s, I'd not worry about conc. It'll even out over time.

Yeah, he's usually a pain in the ass when I play you. Trying to figure out a way to get the best out of my RFM bowler. He's not as awesome as I expect him to be for some reason.
RFM are kinda awkward. particularly in OD. I like mediums as they keep the runs down as that's their job. fasts are a risk because they can get heaps of wickets but can go for heaps of runs too. FM kinda is in-between. They don't really keep the runs down, nor do they really challenge heavily for wickets. Kinda just there bowling meh.
Daud Khokhar - 22 yo, BT Rating=87,103, Wage=£37,405 shortcut A defensive RH batsman and a steady RFM bowler. He has strong leadership skills and superb experience. He has no preference and no trait. He currently has strong batting form, superb bowling form and sublime fitness. Stamina: superb* Wicket Keeping: worthless Batting: exquisite Concentration: sensational Bowling: worthless Consistency: feeble Fielding: competent :fap: Now comes the difficult part. If I keep him I'll train him further, but I'm undecided whether I should keep him or sell him for some money for when I hopefully get promoted to div II. I don't think he'll gain any more value even if I train him further. So if I sell I may as well sell now.
firstly, he's my 2nd/3rd best batsman secondly i can probably buy a similar batsman and have 1-1:5m left over. Which will be crucial as im looking to buy a better team for div ii
