    Although he was responsible for lynching me on D1, I think Eds had a fabulous game.

    Mafia made a huge mistake by not attempting to kill Eds for a relatively long time. But town was having some super-stupid people; actually quite a lot of them.

    However, the end game from Athlai, Phlegm and Ritchie was really nice. Although the character-claims weren't necessary but they were cool.

    And Heath's write-ups have been simply superlative.

    I think our chief concern with Eds was doctors or Escath nursing him. In the late game we were more focused on using the fences to our advantage for votes.

    The Carnivores had a fairly straightforward win condition, I should have probably lead a bit more of a rampage on the baby snatchers but there was no in game motivation for me to do so really. InGen was more town's problem than ours.

    Yes, well if I'd explained Eds role to you in your win condition, then it would have given the game away - hence you got the minor win and not the major win. Eds got the full creamy goodness - you were left giving the dregs a reach-around.

    "Town" including you and neutral dinos could easily have won though. We just ended up getting the neutral dinos on our side due to town lethargy which let us win.

    In the end I think town were screwed by the carnis not considering InGen to be a larger threat than an average townie (beyond individual abi1lities) and town not considering InGen to be a threat at all.

    Some Player Rankings

    Town: Worst in Show

    1. Starris - random usage of the fences, doing what Eds asked him to by the time that it should have been reasonably clear he was third party. Probably just not focused on the game.
    2. Hedger - probably has the most theme knowledge of Jurassic Park, I'd think. Decided to pseudo-troll at the outset and it cost Town big time. If he'd been honest, there was a reasonable chance that Athlai would have been lynched earlier and less carnage would have ensued.
    3. Arheiner - A bit harsh, perhaps. But he took being lynched without even putting up a fight. The game was lost at that point.

    Mafia: Worst in Show

    1. Rocks - Wasn't really involved, didn't try to defend himself. Wins worst by default.
    Honourable Mention: Athlai. Could fucking kill a thing. Other than sending Phlegm to his death. Well, he did kill KATA and AVA, but given his powers the returns were rather disappointing.

    Town: Best in Show

    Jeez. A tough call here. Really tough. A bit of good work from Howe early on. TheShiv found out a reasonable amount and managed to fly below the Mafia radar for a while. Probably too low as he could probably have given town more belief in Hedger.

    Giving this award to Logan. He died n0 so he couldn't fuck anything up. Jabba did some good stuff from time to time, but also dropped the ball a couple of times. Don't think it would have made a difference.

    Mafia: Best in Show

    1. Phlegm. Kept interest in the game throughout, had some reasonable plans and wasn't spotted by Town until it was really too late and he'd perched away safe on the short side of the lit fence. His survival was key to mafia given he could move between fenced off areas.
    2. Weldone. Wasn't alive for long and didn't really have much of a chance, but he did enough to throw the scent off Athlai and he killed off Tkp who would have been a very awkward character to remain alive for Mafia
    3. 99*. Didn't get sussed, but didn't do much in the thread either
    Honourable Mention: Athlai. Another intricate web of lies and deceit paid off for him but the caps lock trend was dire in the extreme

    Third Party Review

    Eds and Mousey take out the plaudits here. Eds may have taken the gold medal by leaving Mousey behind, but Mousey put in a great supporting performance. Putting in the early yards to gain town's trust and not raising much suspicion when they no longer had information left to share. Good work.

    Number11 had a really useful role and made a couple of hits, but wasn't invested in the game and hard to judge how he actually played it.

    KATA died early on, which was a little disappointing because whilst he was performing the underling in the Dodgson/Tembo relationship, he was engaged with the game and it would have been interesting to see how that relationship developed.

    Skippos needed to follow his instincts when he first got contact with Eds - he sussed that there would be some issues for him, but didn't pursue those suspicions. Worked well with Reagan and AVA. AVA performed a useful role in tranquillising Athlai and Reagan saved Eds to guarantee the win. All in all, the InGen 3rd party worked well together; even with the strange relationship.

    Awesome.

    The only reason I was even remotely interested in screwing over Skippos was because of his hardball when we started talking. If we worked together as we were previously (w/ KATA) I would have tried to help him, but being a cunt for the sake of it meant I wasn't really interested, and he needed to keep me happy if he wanted to win, tbh. Not sure if it was because he genuinely didn't trust me or because of some power-trip but it worked against him. I was defo surprised he didn't out me at one point though.

    Skippos (and the other Hunters) could also win if Town won. Under the assumption that at some tipping point in The Lost World, the Hunters realise "fuck the contract, let's just get the fuck off the island". I think Skippos just misjudged where the game was at that point - I think at the time, town thought there were only two carnivores left as the Procompsognathus hadn't killed at that point.

    My worst mistake was not turning on the power to the fence that controlled the helipad when I cut off the ducks.


    I did consider lynching Eds the day before I died because of his delaying tactics but didn't.


    I also kept telling everyone once the eggs got taken that that was the third party win condition to get them off the island but no one seemed to listen.


    1st at the wrong end! Wooohooo!
