All the changes they've made are seriously shit. No Aegon? This faggotry shit that Jaime and Bronn are doing. Sansa marrying Bolton is seriously the fucking worst. I can't remembers Selmy dying either?
It pretty much kills a lot of the books future plotlines too. Jaime in the Riverlands. Sansa in the Vale. Aegon's entire campaign. The Greyjoys. Stannis' march on Winterfell with the support of the North. Quentyn taking a dragon. Brienne in the riverlands and Lady Stoneheart. They are all made irrelevant or close to. I'm guessing that: Jaime/Bronn are replacing Oakheart and Arianne. Bronn will probably die, while Jaime is captured and taken hostage. Sansa's replacing Jeyne. I think there was some foreshadowing with the shot on the serving girls in Winterfell, but without Mance leading it I guess the only other person that could would be Yara? Maybe she gets Theon/Sansa out and runs into Stannis.
Yeah no fake sansa is kinda weird Also i was a bit annoyed they gave "the north remembers" line to someone else. Though my memory on the books isnt that great so maybe im a bit mistaken....
Leaked Episode Spoilers So I'm guessing that with Sansa going to Winterfell/marrying Ramsey that the "big shocking scene" people were mentioning will be Sansa getting broken down like Jeyne Poole was. Possibly with Theon being told to take part/watch. I doubt they'll do the "Reek bent to his task" outright, although it might work if they have a scene with Sansa confronting/asking for Theon's help prior. Just to show how broken he is.
Leaked episode spoilers Nah narratively it doesn't fit. They've spent three and three quarter seasons piling on Sansa. That Myranda bint is still alive and kicking so she's not long for this world imo. If Sansa is in a big shocking scene her getting sexually assaulted when she's got such strong maid/bird/Queen Elizabeth I motifs in her story both in the books and show would be such an about turn. They're not going to include the major plot of a minor character into a main character with a completely different story and end point and make it work. I just don't see how they write themselves out of such an uneccessary hole when Myranda was on screen in Winterfell and is a made up pair of boobs to get in HBOs sex quota.
The changes are frustrating especially given we're gonna have to wait that much longer for a decent ending. I think the show isn't as good as it was and seems to be deviating too much from the books. I hope it doesn't spoil what's to come in the books. You would assume anyone they kill off in the series is either going to die anyway or isn't all that important. can really see this stuffing it for some readers.
