Mavs just match up stupidly well. They are as good as a top 3 team on the otherside. Yeah unfortunately Ekdal isn't as good as FM13, although he's still quite good.

Typically there is anywhere between 5-10 players in each draft class with at least a B rating so you should still get a quality rookie with a #6 or #7 pick.

I'll be doing the draft lottery later tonight as well so if your pick slides you can still jump ship if need be.

Yeah, I'll just sit back and not chase after any marquee players during free agency just to keep the peace. I've got the Pelicans anyway so the only starter they are really lacking is a C.

I can't access the draft class just yet but I'll give you an idea of the ratings once I know more. Who were you thinking of changing to?

I'm still trying to figure out how exactly I'm going to work free agency. Obviously in your case it's gonna be fairly crucial to your 14/15 roster.

General gist is that I'll post a list of the free agents and their asking prices to begin with and ask each manager to submit their bids via PM. That way bidding stays fairly discreet (much like the NBA).

To keep things moving along I'll probably schedule a FA Period of a round a week or so and roll through 2 days of FA per day. After each day of FA I'll post who's chosen to go where and managers can make adjustments to their offers based on that.
