In perspective iridium bought a fella this time last year - same as, but with acc fielding and ave exp for 170K. Dunno why he's so low - I'd have valued him at 100K and my ftp valuation program values him higher than 100

Yep, fielding then bowl/tech until pop.

I bought him at acc/rel and 3004 wage (so, about the wage acc/acc should be) but it took 10 weeks of fielding training to pop his tech which popped three trainings ago. His wage indicates he's halfway or so to exp/exp but I'd say he's only 10% through tech so potentially 70% through bowling. I'd put him on bowl tech for 6 weeks then alternate.

BTW I feel he's well worth more than what he's at so I'm going to selfbid. Apologies - but I like him and I'm happy to retain him.

I have a fielding requirement. The first thing I do on all players. Means I can give him games and him not be a burden. I find it better to train their whole 21st year on fielding, then move to primaries. Also saves a fair bit on wages in the long run

He's 2 games away from a pop Iirc in exp 1.5 weeks away from a fielding pop too.
