    He's been at Canterbury for 3 years and made 2 grand finals. Mind you I think if Easts and Souths weren't on the same side of the draw there's no way in hell they would be playing in the GF this year, but still. Credit to the bloke. He can coach. To make a GF in this finals system, from 7th is pretty incredible.
