i wunt take manu, and i havent seen much of Heinghinton to make a judgement and only picking ellis, burgess and widdop on how they played vs france earlier this year

I've liked the look of Matt Diskin from what I've seen. He and Buderus seem to work well in rotation, and I think that he could do the same with Roby. Not sure how highly he's really rated though.

  5. Farny AP Farnsworth

Not sure why, but I was under the impression that Peacock and Burgess were both out? If so, we'll get ****ed up front.

Geez not many familiar names in that backline from 2-3 seasons ago when I watched them in christchurch only Leon Pryce.

  7. cloughie09 TJ Clough

he has had a good season tbh but i think he wont get picked simply because of roby but he was someone who i had in mind but i think after the way sinfield has played at hooker this year he may be the better option to control the team better

Peacock will be back and its Luke Burgess who is out with a broken jaw thanks to my mate lol

Yeah some have retired from internationals and so on, but yeah its changing now and just hope fresh blood can do the job

McGuire is the best English player by a mile. Should be five-eighth and captain. Pryce seems as though he's ****ing shit.

Geez! Is Sinfield playing hooker these days? I haven't watched any ESL all year.

AWTA @ McGuire. That guy should have come to the NRL.

I'd have McGuire at 6 and Pryce off the bench.

The biggest questions though are; Who is their right centre, and can he tackle?

Alot of our points v the Poms have come from our own half from a Locky to Inglis out ball, they have looked like Jennings and Wolfman in defence.

McGuire is only good at backing up, Leon Pryce has a better kicking game and better creativity. Both of those centres can defend thankfully.

Also Sinfield has played hooker alot this year because of injuries and i think played his best footie there

Exactly. Everyone sees a couple of international games were McGuire plays alright and suddenly assume he's the best England has to offer. I'd take Pryce any day of the week over McGuire. Assuming my halfback isn't completely arse.

  16. Lukic L Popovic

Heighington wouldn't make the England side

  17. Hunter AD Hunt

He'd push for a spot in the 25. That's about it.

  18. Lukic L Popovic

He'd make the top 25, but no spot in the backrow. He's really, really overrated.

  19. Hunter AD Hunt

Truths. He's got atleast 6 players infront of him.

I'd probably have Pryce as centre, forget about him being a ball player or link imo and plus he could form a deadly combination with his brother Karl - who from what I've heard is a bit of a beast.

Speed wise Pryce has nothing on Slater/Hayne so I wouldn't opt to have him at fullback.
