    Eurasian = Half asian, half european person or people like Turks/Uzbeks/Israeli people.

    People from the Balkans has absolutely nothing to do with Eurasians, except albanians because they're gypsy arabs.

    No, Eurasia can be used as both - like to describe a supercontinent such as Europe+Asia or it can also be used to describe someone with both European and Asian heritage.

    The Balkans proximity to/inclusion in Asia Minor makes them Eurasian. The fact that most of them are racsist against the ethnically asian minorities in the area is proof of that IMO.
