    It's probably a homage to Flashpoint which was the huge DC comic book arc that led to The New 52 reboot.

    Bruce Wayne dies during the alleyway robbery and his father Thomas Wayne became Batman instead

    OTOH, the Arrow episode was trash. Felicity's mother shows up and gets some serious time but Sara's mother gets a phone call. What the fuck? I mean I'd rather look at Donna 10 times out of 10 but the writers really mailed the Sara storyline in. Also, huge missed opportunity not having a Thea-Sara scene about how she was killed.

    Just so bad.

    Yeah there's a chance that might happen. That might be one of the reason they referred to the Flashpoint Paradox. Robert Queen being the Arrow and Henry Allen being Zoom. That's why Wells thought Zoom might go easy on the Flash.

    Just seen this picture. One theory I read related to Henry being Zoom is that after Cisco injected Zoom with the chemical to slow him down, Zoom went and killed the Earth 1 Henry and took his place. So the Henry we saw in the next episode was actually Zoom.

    Would be so fucking badass if true.

    It'd be a pretty dick move if they tease someone's death and then it doesn't matter a season later. I'm hoping the pit being destroyed prevents that.

    With time travel stuff, they've really only reset the events of a specific episode, right? That's perfectly fine for me. It's the pit stuff that was annoying.
