I expected Farny to take Rudolph. He's a good bat. There's still a real blue chip South African county cricket player on the market though.

  2. Farny AP Farnsworth

I know who you're talking about. I need a bowler though.

  3. Luffers JRE Luffman

    Same.

I know as well who you're talking about...mind you there are a few about atm.

    Trade for Rudolph perhaps? :p

Nah cos Rudolph is pretty gun haha

Clearly you don't as the one Cribb was on about has been selected.

There's still another couple of Saffa's on the market who I'm surprised haven't been snatched up tbh.

Van Jaarsveld was in my plans tho, bit of a loss but I know who I'm selecting next round.

    Impressive bowling lineup, IMO

  10. loganb JEM Logan

Bracken and Amla to do well imo.

Lee will do better than Bracken.

  12. CCG C Golding

I reckon so, although I've got another seamer on the way me thinks who should bolster the attack as backup....still need a decent AR if I can get one though.

  13. Callum CJ Laing

You have a handy allrounder in North and Rudolph is a decent spare IMO.

  14. CCG C Golding

True, but I'm talking about a Seam bowling AR. It's just a question of whether or not Rudolph plays at 2 or 5 tbh if I get my next pick.

  15. Callum CJ Laing

I would probably bat him a head of North.

  16. CCG C Golding

I've just realised I have a few dilemmas - do I bat North at 4 or have him at 5 mainly, but checking my last few picks, I could either get two bowlers (well one is more of a Bowler who Bats) or go for one or the other plus another bat...damn!

  17. Callum CJ Laing

I reckon I know who your bowler who bats is. IMO you need to pick at least 1 more pure bat.

  18. CCG C Golding

My pick this round is a pure bat, and my pick next round is Bowling AR/Bowler.

  19. Julian BJ Taylor

This team is shaping as a good one IMO.

I really wanted Rudolph. How long has he been opening for?

  20. Cribbage RG Cribb

He's opened on and off for his whole career. He came into First Class cricket as an opener and got picked for South Africa to bat #3 based on his performances as opener. He hasn't been opening much lately but he's equally at home anywhere in the top 4 really.
