Did Harry's Law get that bad? I loved Season 1 and just yesterday I was thinking about getting right into Season 2.
Yep, I liked Season 1 too, but Season 2 is awful. They get rid of the shoe store, the chick who ran it moves away to start a proper one or something, they move upstairs and merge firms etc and the whole thing just becomes a low-budget version of Boston Legal. And it's awful. It loses all its uniqueness and charm.
Yeah, all the random walk in clients who lived in the general area were what made the show. In Season 2 they have high profile cases instead, and a proper firm. I just like to pretend Season 2 never happened.
I've been hating on Community since season 3 but I'm actually enjoying the new episodes. Pleasantly surprised.
Yeah, that was an episode the show really, really, really, really didn't need. I know they've always enjoyed creating those sort of episodes, but with the recent criticism of the show and this season in general, that was the last thing they needed. Obviously it was planned well in advance but perhaps a tactical switch for another episode, pushing that one further back, could have been in order.
That was meant to be the last episode of the season, I think, but NBC didn't want them to air it there.
Got bored in the first 10 minutes of the puppet episode and then proceeded to delete every single Community episode from my hard drive. Season 4 looked a little promising IMO, up until that episode.
