   Yeh that's pretty much what he said on Friday, just in more detail. All about tightening and clearing up the guidelines for when players have to come off so clubs are more accountable and doctors are clearer on their requirements.

   I guess it's the taking protective action wording that's the key. They're figuring if you fall without protecting yourself from the fall, you must be unconscious....which I suppose is fair enough, because 9/10 you would be.
