Same criticism for Robbie Robinson he has no business being near a world XV Retallick and Whitelock aren't great selections either but I had to have someone. Probably should have picked Habana thought he was an 11. Masanga is as good as any other 14 going around given that the quality wings at the moment seem to be 11s for some reason. He is a better 14 than anything Aussie can muster (unless you consider Oconnor a wing). Corey Jane was overlooked as I forgot him but might vote for him later if he makes it to that stage.

Throw Wesley Fofana a nomination for inside centre as well. Thierry Dusauotoir is actually an openside flanker Add Tom Croft to the blindside flanker list
Despite his inexperience at test level, I'd probably pick Ben Smith over quite a few of the right wings listed there, especially Masaga. He's arguably been the form back of the Super 15 and he's looked good for the ABs.
smith has shone for the ABs it is true. However Ranger is a better player than he is hands down. Smith is getting the start because he is more consistent and trustworthy he is not an x factor player. Reckon you are underrating Masaga as well. He would easily get a game for Aussie if he were born on the other side of the Tasman and would be an average international player. <iframe width="640" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/-dd8Gva5PSc?feature=player_detailpage" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> (I am just winding you up Mike)
