Ah, I kinda miss playing this. Will try it again when the standalone is better. Always loved how the zombies were just there as filler, the true danger was the other asshole players.
Just noticed this game. But behind the times. Anyway, supposedly the PC version is due in 2016 along with possibly a PS4 version!
H1z1 comes to mind. Then there's a dozen clones about as good as Day Z is now. Day Z has taken too long on development, market is getting saturated and games with a little more finish on them are being released.
Most others have twists like building in Rust or dinosaurs in the crap dinosaur one. H1z1 was Sony online entertainment until they closed up shop, then it went to a new company. But it's probably the biggest one. War Z or whatever it's called was a big day z clone too.
Yeah, a bit more complete an alpha than day z but still definitely early access. Will be free when it actually releases.
Oh, really? I didn't see that. How can they make any profit out of it? It will be a PlaystationPlus game?
Downloaded DayZ and played it. Man, it's really hard to sit there and play it. Still needs to go a long way before full release.
