Not really a fan of doing this anymore, because it means I have to ensure I'm free then and I often end up thinking about something else while the show is on. The beauty of internet television downloading is that you can watch your favourite shows when you're really in the mood.
The beauty of Foxtel IQ is that you can watch the episode whenever you want even if you are not in the mood at the time.
... well isn't that the same as downloading it anyway? What's the point? All you've accomplished is having your one show to look forward to a week start six weeks or so later than it would have. Downloading one episode a week still has the same effect.
Yeah obv downloading one episode a week is the same as recording it and watching one episode a week. I was comparing it to downloading it and watching it all in one go.
Yeah exactly. Although that's fair enough if you are that far behind and want to catch up. I did that with Weeds, Arrested Development and Oz. But like Seven Two finally is on Foxtel and now I can watch the new season of Heroes but the ****s are already up to episode 9, so I have downloaded the first 8 and will watch those and then follow channel 7 rather than just downloading all the ones that have been shown in America.
Dexter has been fking awesome this season, every time you think the show can't get better and they've done it all, they manage to top themseleves. John Lithgow's Trinity is up there as one of the greatest villians of all time, of any media.
Mmmmm, I'll give credit where credit is due I guess. It is better then the last couple of seasons gone by, but thats not saying alot. I've founds it's dragged on a fair bit. They've definitely hit the right track in the way they should be telling the story. Just move it a bit faster and it'll be awesome. Although there are strong rumours going around that this will be the last season. Yep, definitely.
Yeah def wrt to speed. Heroes and most shows are at their best when they're fast, don't give you a lot of time to think and don't have filler clogging up episodes taking fans for granted.
