  1. Julian BJ Taylor

the mere fact that your dad supports two teams means he has nowhere near the support that I have for Canberra.

I don't doubt that you probably support Canberra more than he does St. George (his secondary team), but I'd bet everything I own that he supports Souths more than you support the Raiders.

  3. Hunter AD Hunt

I bet he's a douche for supporting two sides.

You act like a fuckwit sometimes, hey.

I don't understand how you can possibly judge which two people are more passionate than each other about a club.

  6. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

No different than me obviously being more passionate about QLD than most, if not all, of you are about your clubs.

That is nothing but your opinion. I fail to see any criteria that could possibly determine how that would be judged.

Perhaps when you blokes want to talk about your clubs as much as I do about Origin, and memorise statistics from 30 years ago, and re-watch the games over and over and over, as I do...

Is that not indicative of something?

You're an Origin addict and need some fresh air? :p

  10. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

   ....Probably.

That's just your way of showing your passion. Just because someone might not be as interested as you are about statistics that doesn't mean they are less passionate. Passion is about the feeling and emotions you have towards a club, not statistics or how many threads you start about your team on a forum. Every person is different and has their own ways of showing that emotion and feeling.

Well that's just a complete contradiction of what said before and after. You can't say every person is different and have their own ways of showing emotion and feeling and then totally disregard some of the ways that are indicative of how passionate I am, namely pouring through stats and wanting to talk about it all the time.

I concede it was presumptuous of me to claim my old man is more passionate than Julian and I apologise to him for that. But I'm fed up with people putting shit on fans who happen to have a secondary club that they support. It doesn't in any way diminish how one feels about their primary club. My old man has been supporting the Bunnies through thick and thin for 50 fucking years.

Sorry I wasn't disregarding your ways of showing passion. What I meant was that passion isn't specifically defined as looking at stats etc. There are many other ways and none of them are really comparable to each other. I didn't mean your ways were not showing passion.

    Obv Broncos.

    Then:
    Cows
    Dogs
    Everyone else
    Manly

  16. Hunter AD Hunt

    All the time.

It was a pretty ordinary call, mate.

  18. TBra TJ Bradford

The only way I could ever support two teams is if they played in different leagues.

  19. Hunter AD Hunt

It was a tad harsh. Supporting two sides with passion that play in the same league and are noted rivals is rather odd though.

    I like your dad :)
