    Nuh, didn't have much trouble getting on teams in school. though HS was less successful than HS, as I had girls fight over me to be on their team and made the rep team for soccer.

    I'm presuming you have no choice. If you get picked, you play for that team. First come, first served. No choices.

    Would be interesting if a "trading period" was allowed at the end.
