you should smash them but you can score more than that on a slow... my guys would get bout 10rpo on a slow last season... today I reakon they'd have at least got you 168 if the opposition had made that... I got there's in just over 15 overs and I find the last 4 go for plenty.

If a player is on rested fatigue, is it worth resting him for a T20 on the 15th so he can play an important OD game on the 18th to the best of his ability? Would he recover the fatigue he would lose by then?
He will recover if he's not too old and his endurance is at good level. Plus T20 doesn't result in much fatigue (except for top-order batsmen - if they go on to make a big score), and the difference between rested and revived isn't much performance-wise IMO.
