A batsman gets a batting pop (to reliable). And there are 3 endurance pops - one for my fast bowler (to accomplished), one for my fast medium bowler (to capable) and the other one for my wicketkeeper (to reasonable). Quentin Deetman becomes my first player to reach 40k rating points.

Affiliate turned out to be a lot more active with pops. My 3 x 20yo batsmen all popped to Reliable fielding, one of them popped to Expert technique as well.
