Anybody here watch Gogglebox? Its a show where you watch other people watch TV haha. It sounds stupid but there are some absolute characters that they've got watching the shows and their reactions are priceless. I got addicted at the end of last season and the new season of the Aussie version started tonight on Foxtel. Apparently its on FTA tomorrow night - on Ten I think. Give it a crack, its quality viewing.
Yeah haha, they show clips from the show they're watching and then their reactions and comments. The programs they usually watch are stupid shit like The Celebrity Apprentice and other cringe-worthy shows. Yeah, this is the only reason I even know what it is. Surprised ANYONE watches it. Pathetic. I remember the days where TV shows needed something called a script.
Yeah pretty much. Animal Planet/Nat Geo/Discovery/History once in a while but even those are turning shit with the endless versions of fishing shows.
Agreed, I watched a documentary on there called 'Jiro Dreams of Sushi' last night which was really good. Made me hungry though. Gogglebox just sounds like those 'reaction' videos on Youtube. Especially this guy: https://www.youtube.com/user/TyroneMagnus/videos
I've got your back here Mousey. I got addicted towards the end of last season as well. Thought it was horrible idea at first but once I started watching it I found it hilarious.
Yeah everyone trashing it until they watch it haha. It sounded fucking terrible until I actually watched it and it was a good laugh. Much better than half the shit actually on TV these days.
