Put anti-spin on 6 (i think it starts at 5) leave everything else.

1- Brake early in a straight line, while turning just lay off both the gas and brake.
2- First turn try and take the inside line and pass 11th. Although it's not vital it makes the rest a lot easier.
3- Just before Chicago you'll notice the AI brakes to take the turn into the cone chicane, you don't need to, just pass 10th on the inside of the first part and you should be able to take 9th and 8th on the inside of Chicago.
4- Stay on the inside of Chicago and slipstream 7th (or 8th, or 6th if you're lucky) into hammerhead. Try and take the outside line into hammerhead, so you get the inside for the second part of it. You should be able to pass two cars here and be 4/5th.
5- You'll be a fair distance away from the next car but don't worry. Go as far outside as you can before the follow-through and brake when the racing line turns red (only time you should use it tbh) then turn into it without any throttle or brake.
6- Gas it just before Bentley, then lay off again as you go through. Take a wide line and you should be up with 4th. Brake hard early then turn in without gas/brake and hit the apex. AI should have to brake here so you can pass up the inside.
7- Gambon is simple and you should be chasing second now. Use the same as above for the first corner and the cone chicane before Chicago. Do it right you should be able to pass 2nd on the inside of Chicago and 1st will be not that far away.
8- Use the same as above for hammerhead and the follow-through and Bentley, you'll be very close and could pass up the inside but don't. Stay wide and use the same technique as passing 4th just before Gambon. It will be close but you should be able to force him wide if he's close as you go around.

^ How I did it. Struggled when I first attempted it (about 10 goes), but if you play the game for a bit and get the feel for an MR car/comfort tires it's isn't that hard.

EDIT: Wait for the advanced one, only 8 cars to race but they're Kubblewagons (1944 army trucks) that can't pass 80km/h and you have 8 other car on the opposite of the track so you take each other out on the parts where the track overlap.

I'll admit on the straight it will eat most things, but with a real driver it will have you on cornering all day long. Also thats the gayest ****ing thing I've heard about with teh F1 car.

Hey 99* what car did you use for the classic super car challenge in expert ? Cause my Buick got its ass chomped and I don't have 20,000,000 to buy a GT40 or something similar. Also how the **** can I get another Lupo ? Dumb **** me sold the one I had won from a race.

Win it in B-Spec? Haven't tried it myself though.

I tried the Buick as well. Got owned though :(

Sunday Cup in a Ferrari ftw

Classic Supercar? Don't have the game with me right now. I think I did it in my old Ferrari (the one that costs 500K) that I had modded out fully and took maybe 40 attempts at it before I won. Just luck that I won the events as it was so outclassed. A Buick Special would have no chance, way too slow off the line and superheavy.

As for the Lupo, one of the B-spec beginner events wins you a Lupo cup car, which makes the other Lupos look really bad. If that was the one you sold your only other option is to watch the used car market after each race and pray it comes up.

EDIT: B-spec is really good for getting cars. The prize cars are way better than A-spec ones. Only problem is getting your drivers to race well.

Better idea, buy the Camaro 69 from the dealership. Put racing mods on it. Then everything else. Should do the trick easy.

Awesome will do that. I finally survived the pain and suffering of B spec and won the Lupo cup car so will finish that now.

I'm ****ed. Not sure what to do...can't do the historic car tourney. Like The Wind and the GT All Stars. Heaps gay

B-Spec to level 8 so you can do the Mazda roadster cup thingy. Buy a car that can do it.

Get the best looking car in the entire game for winning it. (the Mazda Furai concept).

You should be able to cruise the datona street race in like the wind. And if you're careful you should be able to slip-stream your way to a win at Indy.

Right, found the greatest/most idiotic thing ever to do. (Also if you get good at this winning at the Nurburgring should become second nature)

1 - Unlock the nurburgring 4 hour mode (Silvering the inter AMG school, easy).
2 - Get any premium car you feel good at driving with.
3 - Practice mode (the one with 12 cars all the same), N'ring time change, infinite laps, NO RACING LINE.
    4 - Race.
5 - Wait till it gets dark (not too long)
6 - Drive without full beam lights in cockpit view.
    7 - Profit.

Honestly never knew how much the racing line helps me.

  15. Gazza GJ Weaver

Ok, got it. So I have to do it up yea?

  16. 99* JJ Ritchie

Yeah, put the works on it. It still won't be anywhere near as fast as the racing cars but it can win both Like the Wind races if you're careful.

  17. Gazza GJ Weaver

    Shouldn't the Bugatti win easily?

  18. 99* JJ Ritchie

Na, way too heavy and you need to brake way to hard into even the most high-speed corners.

Got a Zonda R, shit they're are pretty cool. Almost can win Like The Wind
