TBH I'd play Incey in the Centres instead of Vago; it's a big call but as you say Vago hasn't set the world alight this season and something tells me Incey could do quite well there.
Vago's shit and you know I just felt like picking him in the Seasonal Rugby Touring XV for no reason. Nothing to do with the fact he is one of the best centres in SR.
This season he's been no where near his best, however, that's undeniable. Unless his workload has gone completely unmissed, that is. If he's in bad form then don't pick him, that's kinda how I see this, unless you're tipping them off quite obviously
What transition from possibly the best to someone not quite at the very top anymore, but still decent?
#6 BJT Manera vs #7 MP Chung This is a pretty tough one. These two are both top quality flankers and they’ll be lining up against each other if ever Australia play New Zealand. Chung is a turnover expert and at the breakdown he is an absolute demon. He’s also got a very handy all-round game. Manera is the brick wall type flanker, with possibly one of the best tackling record in the competition. But we’re going to give this one to Manera, just.
#7 DR Armstrong vs #6 C Laing No contest here, really. Callum Laing, the Great Britain flanker, is one of the best handlers in the competition, despite being a flanker. This has been noticed by his selectors, and he’s had spells at #2 because of this. He’s more of an attacking flanker but he’s not too bad at tackling either. Armstrong just doesn’t compare. Callum Laing takes this one.
