    Expanding on this, I think a lot of teams try to bat as deep as they can while still having 50 overs of decent bowlers to call upon, but I'd be going the other way and getting the best possible bunch of five bowlers in the side without having a completely shunt at 8. Someone like Callum is ideal to be the fifth bowler in an OD side IMO, and Incey's good enough to bat 8, so then you should look to pick your next best 3 bowlers for each game and then fill the rest up with batting after that.

    He has only missed 1 home game against Rays, tbf and that was when Callum came in so partly wanted to try a different combo/partly wanted to bring Mouse back into form and he was the one that was the least performing at the time anyway in terms of who had to go out.

    Also, you said 3 tearaway quicks even if they were good wasn't a good idea in OD Cricsim earlier in the season, so wasn't sure about changing the winning combo which was defying that already and going further with 4 seamers at the start.

    I think I've been pretty conclusively proven wrong on that. My own coding handles stuff like that way better than I thought it would. :p

    Tbf though, what happened to Heef in this game is pretty much exactly what I expected to happen to the third express bowlers in OD sides. But it hasn't happened this season much at all.
