I want to break free.... Squad: Michael Essien (versatile mother****er) Carlos Puyol (centre back) Xabi Alonso (central midfielder) Giorgio Chiellini (centre back) Michael Ballack (central midfielder) Luca Toni (striker) Thomas Vermaelen (centre back) Luis Fabiano (striker) Florent Malouda (left midfielder) Dejan Stankovic (midfielder) Gabriel Heinze (defender) Dirk Kuyt (versatile attacker) Edin Dzeko (striker) Clarence Seedorf (right midfielder) Gianluca Zambrotta (wing-back) Robert Enke (goalkeeper) Vicente (left midfielder) Torsten Frings (defensive midfielder) Daniel Van Buyten (defender) Fabio Grosso (wing-back) Roberto Ayala (centre back) Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink (striker) Jose Antonio Reyes (attacking midfielder) Roberto Abbondanzieri (goalkeeper) Jerzy Dudek (goalkeeper)
Puyol can actually play anywhere across the back, no sure about in the game but i've seen him IRL play RB,LB and CB.
My bad, missed out the other striker. Maybe I'm just planning on getting sent off a lot Alonso + Essien = rape. Allows me to put someone lazy anywhere I want, because those two work so hard.
Also Puyol does a fair amount of work aswell. Notsure how 3 backs will go though against some of the othersides attacks but all the best.
I'm planning on picking up high-quality backs early to make up for it. Also if I want to change mid-game, Essien can slot in on the right.
Interesting formation... I know you can slot Essien in at RB but hes much better in the centre and is wasted there. I can see it coming unstuck against some teams... especially those with the good wingers.
