Well there are 2 teams and just 1 set of names. I just presumed that they happened to have squads with the exact same names.
You need to do better than Ah Van in the centres; he's got nothing. I'd even consider moving Moon there and giving Fien 80 minutes at five-eighth just until you got some players back.
That alone makes it a candidate for worst starting pack of all time, regardless of the other players.
I know, moving Mannering there again and having another second rower come up would have been my preference seeing as we have a plethora of second rowers and not many outside backs.
Apparently Vatuvei will play. Which would probably mean he'd move onto the wing with Kirk into the centres.
Yeah, it's a bit hard with Price and Matulino out as well though. Who do you actually have playing for Auckland who could fill in for Mannering in the back row? Stowers? I reckon Vince Mellars is better than Ah Van as well but he's only been back in league for about 25 seconds and I think he's injured anyway.
Yeah, he is a very good chance to play and will be assessed later in the week. I wouldn't want Kirk in the centres either though TBH.
