Exactly, I probabyl would have him at bigger odds than that but people are forgetting that OD plays role in this. If Freddy gets odds then so should I IMO. I view chances of taking this home the same as him.
@ Wilson It's not aboutbeing big headed. You could be telling the truth, or saying what the majority agree with It's still blowing yourowntrumpet though
Im not big headed usually tbh. Maybe was a bit there but I just get ignored and consider to be crap because shit ****s like Ged call me a reserve grader and the sheep believe.
Draft of how it will work. Appreciate feedback etc. Five Day Batting 1 run (finished out) = 1 point 1 run (finished not out) = 1.5 points 100 runs or more in an innings = 20 bonus points Duck = -10 points One Day Batting NOTE: a strike-adjusted run is a run divided by your innings strike rate and multipled by 80. If your innings strike rate is greater than 180, it'll just be assumed as 180. 1 strike-adjusted run (finished out) = 1 point 1 strike-adjusted run (finished not out) = 1.5 points 80 striked-adjusted runs or more in an innings = 20 bonus points Duck = -10 points Five Day Bowling Wicket of a top 4 batsman = 40 points Wicket of a # 5 or 6 batsman = 35 points Wicket of a # 7 batsman = 30 points Wicket of a # 8 batsman = 25 points Wicket of a # 9, 10 or 11 batsman = 15 points 1 run conceded = -0.4 points 5 wickets or more in an innings for less than 100 runs = 20 bonus points One Day Bowling NOTE: a economy-adjusted run is a run divided by your innings economy rate and multipled by 5. If your innings economy rate is greater than 10, it'll just be assumed as 10. Wicket of a top 4 batsman = 40 points Wicket of a # 5 or 6 batsman = 35 points Wicket of a # 7 batsman = 30 points Wicket of a # 8 batsman = 25 points Wicket of a # 9, 10 or 11 batsman = 15 points 1 economy-adjusted run conceded = -0.5 points 4 wickets or more in an innings for less than 50 = 20 bonus points Fielding Catch = 10 Stumping = 20 Everything done in a reserve grade comp would be multiplied by 0.6. What I'll be doing in the next couple of days is figuring out what this season's leaderboard would look like, to make sure it doesn't favour one particularly type of player. I'll probably make changes to it tbh.
It looks good. The tough task will be to get the Batting and Bowling weightings equal IMO. I reckon it favours all rounders tbh. Dunno how you can solve that though.
There are two lost of 5 day bowling?? Think the second one would favour new ball bowlers too much?? Don't get the economy of > 180.. how??
