i believe the way wilson does it is a bit off rank, and just letting everyone whos "active to an extent" have a go, its much better then just off rank.
i think its more just to give all rookies a try so they can get some games underneath them, tbh i dont think we are caring to much about HC. cause if you look our teams not very consistent on who plays etc.
No, it is only rank. And player role obviously. If you're ranked higher than some bloke and he's getting picked ahead of you, your player role just obviously doesn't suit your team as much as his does.
