Could have either been: a) Farhat faced first ball. Rob doesn't distinguise between #1 and #2. b) The first ball to Gonzalez was a wide and they ran one. Then Farhat got 8 more runs on the board and you then got Gonzalez out then. Does that work?
Why should it? Its a ball that the batsman can't score off - hence its been called a wide. I've never counted wides to the batsman when scoring, personally.
