Nah, because of the cross-group game. If you guys lost to the USA and Italy beat Tonga then it'd come down to points difference (unless it went straight to head-to-head? which I don't think it does) and you could lose out there. Both of those events are unlikely though IMO.
Not literally. If Italy smashed Tonga while you lost to the USA you could still go out on points, however unlikey that is.
Scotland really need to convert this territory/possession advantage into real points soon. Especially since their ability to do that is their biggest asset. Can't waste it.
